Account Executive Dolores Ayala Earns a Certified Insurance Service Representative Designation!
We take pride in each of our team members’ accomplishments. As one of the leading insurance groups in Texas, we strive to add as many talented team members to our company as possible. One such person is Dolores Ayala. She is one of our many hard-working account executives and goes out of her way to deliver the exceptional services that have made Shepard Walton King Insurance Group one of the most recognized and trusted institutions in the state.
As such, it was no surprise to us when Dolores achieved a Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation! This new title is sure to further show her resolve in going the extra mile for our clients. Dolores, we are so proud and honored to have you on our team. There’s no doubt that you’ll continue to impress us with your unwavering ability to make our clients feel like family.
Becoming a CISR is not easy and takes much time and dedication. In order to accomplish this, one must complete at least five courses and pass their five accompanying exams within a period of three years.
The program tests those participating in it to measure their knowledge of customer service against the standards established by the National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research. The program also requires one to be familiar with coverages, risks and exposures in order to become a superior insurance service professional.
We want to congratulate Dolores and have no doubt that she will uphold her new responsibilities.
